Research Overview:  Large scale fMRI dataset computation and analysis

My research interest is in computer system, large scale data management, analysis and retrieval. I am now working on fMRI dataset to answer queries and other requests of neuroscientists. Specifically, I compute and analyze the fMRI data in terms of correlation, which depicts the interactivity between different regions in the brain.
