Research Overview:
My research focus is in the area of fault-tolerant, reconfigurable computer architecture. I am interested in techniques for enabling reliable computation in the presence of age-related failures. In the past I have studied the effects of failure mechanisms including oxide breakdown, electromigration, HCI, etc. I hope to leverage the existing knowledge base to investigate methods for overcoming the challenges that will accompany future technology generations.
