Research Overview: Enabling Novel Memory Technologies
While DRAM is becoming more difficult to scale to smaller technology nodes, we are observing a proliferation of emerging memory technologies that promise higher scalability. My research focuses on how to best enable these novel memory technologies in the context of computer architecture.
