Research Overview: Properties of oscillator networks and their potential applications
Oscillator networks occur in nature and feature interesting properties such as robustness against noise and mutual collaboration. We study such properties using efficient phase domain simulations and explore phase synchronization in them. In the related context, we have also developed simple analytical models to study injection locking in ring oscillators for variety of injection signals.
The research during internship position at Sandia National Laboratories involved model order reduction of infinite-dimensional systems. This has direct application of creating finite dimensional model ( suitable for current simulation flow) for interconnects from the accurate PDE description.
