Research Overview: Towards Correct Digital Designs
My research interests are in guaranteeing the correctness of digital designs. As transistors continue to scale, design complexity increases, while reliability is waning. As a result, verification and continued correct operation of a digital integrated circuit become increasingly difficult challenges. To this end, I am researching solutions to enable correctness throughout the entire lifespan of a design, from resilient designs and pre-silicon verification to post-silicon validation.
