Bio:Shubhyant Chaturvedi received his Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a major in VLSI from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in May 2004. He received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi, India in May 2001. From June 2001 to August 2002 he worked as an Associate Design Engineer in the Central Research and Development Dept. at ST Microelectronics, India. Subsequently, he was associated as a Graduate Student Research Assistant with the Advanced Computer Architecture Laboratory at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor from September 2002 to April 2004. His research advisor was Prof. Igor Markov and he pursued research in the area of Physical Design. He is currently working as a Senior Design Engineer at the Texas Microprocessor Design Center of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) at Austin, Texas.
