Bio:
Robert is Executive Director of the Gigascale Systems Research Center, headquartered at Princeton University's Electrical Engineering Department. He has over 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry having worked at companies such as Intel, AMD, Broadcom and a successful venture-backed startup NxtWave Communications. Prior to joining Princeton University, Robert was Director of Engineering leading several advanced IC development teams for the PC, Mobile Broadband, and Consumer Electronics markets. He has several IEEE publications and one patent in the area of MPEG-2 video compression. Robert holds both Masters and Bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
