Bio:
Paul Bogdan received his BSc in Automatic Control and Computer Science in 2004 from the ¯Politehnica¯ University of Bucharest, where he was involved in research on control theory and dynamical systems. He was accepted in the PhD program on System Level Design at Carnegie Mellon University in 2005. He is currently exploring the problematics of performance analysis and alternative communication paradigm for Network-on-Chip architecture under the guidance of Prof. Radu Marculescu. Other research interests include the interactions between biological systems and complex network theory, as well as the parallelism between packet dissemination and rumor spreading processes.
