Bio:Mesut Meterelliyoz received his B.S. degree from Bilkent University, Turkey and his M.S. degree from Purdue University, IN both in Electrical Engineering. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at Purdue University under the supervision of Prof. Kaushik Roy.

He interned in IBM T. J. Watson Research Center for 10 months and worked on embedded DRAM cache memories. His other research interests include process variations and thermal aware circuit design and test for nano-scaled technologies.
