His research interests include error tolerant and energy efficient VLSI architectures and system design. He is particularly interested in error tolerant multimedia and communication systems designs.

He has worked at Qualcomm Inc., San Diego in the area of SOC verification as Interim Engineering Intern, and at the Circuits Research Laboratory, Hillsboro, Intel in the area of high speed digital design as Engineering Research Intern. He has received TVLSI Best Paper Award from the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society in the year 2004.
