Bio:
Georgios Karakonstantis has received his B.S. degree in computer engineering from University of Thessaly, Greece, in 2005. He worked in Foundation for Research & Technology (FORTH), Greece and Intracom S.A., Athens as intern. He joined Purdue University in 2005 and he is working towards his PHd under the guidance of prof. Kaushik Roy. In Summer 2008 he worked as an intern in Advanced Technology Group in Qualcomm on 3d architectures and a Variability Aware Modeling tool that was co-developed with IMEC. His research interests include algorithm and architecture co-design for low power and process variation tolerant VLSI signal and image processing architectures .
