Bio:
Dr. Saurabh N. Adya received the Ph.D degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2004. He received his B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnataka Regional Engineering College, Surathkal, Mangalore University, India, in 1999 and the M.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2002. From 1999 to 2000, he worked as an IC Design Engineer at Texas Instruments, India. He is currently working with Synplicity Inc. as Senior R&D Engineer. His research interests are in the general area of VLSI CAD and specifically, physical design for VLSI.
