Bio:Hady Zeineddine received a BE degree with distinction in computer and communication engineering from the American University of Beirut in 2006. Currently, Hady is a graduate student in the ECE department(circuit design) at UT, Austin. Hady's research interest lies in the intersection of coding theory, design automation and nanotechnology.

Hady Zeineddine is currently working on the research project of using coding techniques for defect tolerance in future nano-technologies. The electronic components of the post-silicon era technologies are expected to have a very high defect rate compared to the current rates, which means that the current fault-tolerance techniques will fail to produce both density-efficient and reliable computational units from these components. The purpose of the research is to develop new methods or/and architectures to address this problem by applying ideas from coding theory and traditional fault-tolerance techniques, at different levels of abstractions, on the emerging nanotechnologies.
