IPDPS Best Paper to PSU Researchers

A Best Paper Award from the 2008 IEEE International Parallel & Distributed Processing Symposium (IPDPS) -- one of four such awards, out of over 400 submissions -- has been presented to PSU researchers Yang Ding, Mahmut Kandemir, Padma Raghavan, and Mary Jane Irwin, for their paper, "A Helper Thread Based EDP Reduction Scheme for Adapting Application Execution in CMPs".
