How do I generate the GSRC Students handout.

Preparing the handout of all students for hard copy

Bring up the handout page at http://www.gigascale.org/students/handout, in MS Internet Explorer.

File -> Save As...
Save as type: "Webpage, complete (*.htm,*.html)".
Call it, say, handout.htm.

Open handout.htm in MS Word 2003. It should all be one huge table.
At the very top, click when the cursor is a black downward arrow, to select the entire table. Then,

Table -> Table properties... -> Row tab
Un-check "Allow row to break across pages"

Check that all page breaks occur between students, by

View -> Print Layout

Click the Acrobat tab, click the Preferences icon. Click the Bookmarks tab. Unselect all the boxes except "Heading 1" and "Heading 2". Click the Create PDF icon. Wait.

Save it & print it.
