The GSRC is Sponsored by  MARCO and by the Federal Government, whose participation is managed by DARPA. MARCO is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Semiconductor Research Corporation.

The coordinating committee for the GSRC consists of Jan Rabaey (GSRC), Michael Fritze (Michael.fritze@darpa.mil), and Betsy Weitzman (betsy.weitzman@src.org).
