The GSRC is managed entirely by the faculty involved in the project. While the GSRC has a Director (Professor Jan Rabaey) and an Associate Director (Professor Sharad Malik), who are ultimately responsible for the direction of the research and overall management of the Center, the research agenda is distributed within the Center and managed by the faculty involved. All decisions related to GSRC research directions are determined by the faculty Executive Committee (see organizational chart below), in conjunction with the Director and Associate Director.

The day-to-day activities of the GSRC are managed by an Administrative Director (Ken Lutz). The GSRC staff, representing Finance, GSRC and Industry Relations, and Technical Services report to the Administrative Director.

The Executive Advisory Group provides macro-level advice, concerning collaboration with the Sponsors, technology transfer, and the overall mission of the GSRC. (See the Advisors page for more details.)
